We are unable to process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct details. Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this timeframe, the order may have already entered processing, making cancellation unfeasible. A 10% cancellation fee, based on the total order value, will be applied. To cancel an order, please contact us via email

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, the order is final and refunds will no longer be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Items arriving damaged or broken
  • Products differing in design, size, or material from the original order
  • Receipt of incorrect items
  • Significant deviations from the product description

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defective items not attributable to our oversight
  • Items lacking original tags
  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund claim, please provide the shipping label or receipt, proof of purchase, evidence of defects, and any relevant communications, such as email screenshots.

Follow the instructions provided and only send your package after receiving a confirmation email with the return address. Be sure to include the carrier’s tracking number for returned items. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your return. Once we confirm receipt via email, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs. If you encounter delays beyond 10-15 days, please reach out to your bank or credit card company for assistance with the refund.
